Junior Digital Specialist - Mortgage & Gold loans

As a Digital Lending Strategy Developer at Muthoot Finance, your role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Gold loan, related products, and Secured Loans like Property loans. Your target customer segments will primarily be self-employed and salaried individuals, with a specific focus on the self-employed category. Please note that traditional product management professionals are not eligible for this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing and scaling up Gold Loan/Property Loans Digital DIY & Call center/Sales journeys from inception - Tracking the Digital funnel and enhancing processes - Overseeing the development and scaling of best-in-class Digital Lending channels - Collaborating with vendors, IT teams, risk management, testing teams, analytics, business units, and other control functions to ensure timely development changes - Engaging with third-party vendors and external partners/aggregators to optimize digital lending solutions and business expansion To excel in this role, you must possess: - Minimum 12 to 18 months of experience in executing and scaling up digital lending journeys - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - In-depth understanding of End-to-End customer/Sales/Call center journeys and knowledge of Bank end systems and processes such as LOS/Loan Management system/BRE - Familiarity with the Lending technology landscape, including API comprehension - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, data interpretation abilities, and effective communication skills The ideal candidate should be organized, methodical, proactive, and efficient in execution. A background in web or Android coding would be advantageous. Educational qualifications required include an Engineering degree from a reputed college and an MBA in Marketing and/or Finance. It is essential to stay updated on the latest trends and volumes in the digital lending landscape to ensure competitiveness in the market.,
