Junior Developer

As a Technical Consultant at Avenoir Technologies Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in assessing candidate capabilities, designing technical assessments, and supporting internal talent initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting technical screenings, evaluating candidates based on skills and requirements, reviewing technical assessments for accuracy, and designing technical assessments for various IT roles. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed technical profiles for candidates and create technical case studies to support recruitment and capability evaluation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical screening and evaluate candidates based on skills and requirements. - Review and validate technical assessments completed by others for accuracy and quality. - Design, create, and regularly update technical assessments for different IT roles. - Develop and maintain detailed technical profiles for candidates. - Create technical case studies to support recruitment and capability evaluation processes. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Fundamental understanding of software engineering concepts and IT technologies. - Ability to evaluate technical skills and understand technical documentation. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Internship or basic exposure to the IT domain will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
