About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Corporate Sales Execu¢ve (Trainee) to join our TReDS (Trade Receivables Discoun¢ng System) sales team. In this role, you will focus on iden¢fying and onboarding corporates, MSMEs, and channel partners to our TReDS pla¢orm. You'll support the end-to-end sales process, nurture leads, and contribute directly to our mission of enabling seamless digital trade nancing in India.
Key Responsibili¢es:
Iden¢fy poten¢al corporates and MSMEs through LinkedIn, industry databases, and online research to onboard them onto the TReDS pla¢orm. Ini¢ate outreach via email, phone, and Zoom mee¢ngs to educate prospects about the benets of TReDS and our digital nancing solu¢ons. Support sales calls, client proposals, and follow-up communica¢ons under the guidance of senior leadership. Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach eorts using Excel or CRM tools and report weekly sales ac¢vity. Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Opera¢ons, and Product) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets related to lead genera¢on, onboarding, and transac¢on volume. Contribute to overall pla¢orm growth and adop¢on through con¢nuous feedback and improvement ini¢a¢ves. Requirements: ¢ Excellent communica¢on and interpersonal skills to engage decision-makers and senior nance professionals. ¢ ¢ Prociency with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, and virtual mee¢ng pla¢orms. Self-mo¢vated with a strong sense of ownership and target orienta¢on.
