Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Coordinator to join our VFX production team. The candidate will assist in managing schedules, tracking shots, maintaining communication between departments, and ensuring the smooth delivery of visual effects projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Production and Supervisors in daily coordination of VFX tasks.
Track shot progress and maintain production databases.
Communicate updates between artists, supervisors, and production leads.
Prepare daily/weekly status reports and ensure deadlines are met.
Organise meetings, take notes, and circulate task updates.
Help manage asset deliveries, file organisation, and version tracking.
Support HR and production in on boarding new team members when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, VFX, Media, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role (internship experience also considered).
Understanding of VFX production workflow is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Gmail, and ShotGrid or Ftrack (preferred).
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.

Pay: ₹15,127.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
