Job Description

Planning and execution should be strong enough so as to allot the inspections to QEs on day to day basis. Ensure that QEs are attending the inspections in planned factories from time to time. Discuss with Technical supervisor to allocate the QEs based on similar styles with different factories. Weekly planning to be made and execution is carried out without interruption. In case of any changes, need to identify in advance and make the changes accordingly. Inspection reports to be made and reviewed with HOD on daily basis. All reports should be made and transmitted to customer within 24 hours. Should visit all manufacturing units once in a week to have good understanding of work flow and coordination. Reporting formats like PPM meeting, In-line (Multiple), factory audits, pre-final, Final inspection, carton audit and container loading supervision should be maintained in the prescribed formats. All reports should be made without spelling / grammatical errors, must attach digital photo images and submitted for HODs review. Should follow the sequence of inspection reports for all the factories and highlight on corrective and preventive actions taken on the issues. Any deviations, should be brought to the HODs knowledge and a clear decision is made to inform the customer. Qualifications Any Graduate can apply. Additional Information Good at Communication Skill.
