Role & responsibilities

Objective

To support the development of innovative and audience-centric content strategies that align with brand voice, campaign goals, and consumer trends. This role emphasizes creative thinking, digital literacy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within a fast-paced agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development

  • Assist in crafting strategic content frameworks for multi-platform campaigns
  • Conduct competitor audits and trend analysis to inform content planning
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas for digital activations, branded content, and social media series
  • Content Planning & Execution

  • Develop editorial calendars in alignment with campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to deliver timely and cohesive content
  • Ensure content consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across platforms
  • Research & Insights

  • Research audience behavior, platform algorithms, and content performance metrics
  • Assist in preparing client presentations with relevant insights and data visualizations
  • Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Creative Teams to ensure content aligns with client expectations
  • Coordinate with external partners (influencers, vendors, PR) when necessary for campaign amplification
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track content engagement and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Suggest content improvements based on performance metrics and feedback
