How you will make an impact:
As a Junior Consultant Digital Analytics at TRKKN, you will join a leading full-service provider in Analytics, Cloud, and Marketing technology, dedicated to helping clients achieve digital maturity. TRKKN is a certified Google partner and reseller, emphasizing innovative and data-driven solutions for national and international brands across various industries.
You will play a crucial role in enabling our clients to maximize the potential of their data and achieve their digital marketing objectives.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and auditing of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups for diverse client portfolios, with a focus on large e-commerce and hospitality clients.
- Design and execute comprehensive measurement strategies, including custom event tracking, conversion tracking, and enhanced e-commerce tracking.
- Collaborate closely with clients marketing, development, and data teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate data collection and integrity.
- Develop and optimize data visualization dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio to deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot complex tracking issues, identify data discrepancies, and implement
effective solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform advanced analysis, including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and cohort
analysis, to uncover growth opportunities and optimize client performance.
- Potentially contribute to server-side GTM implementations and advanced data
integration projects with platforms like Google BigQuery.
The person we re looking for
- Holds a Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics).
- Has minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Is experienced in working with large-scale e-commerce and hospitality clients, understanding their unique data and business requirements.
- Has a strong understanding of web analytics principles, data layers, and digital marketing concepts.
- Is proficient in debugging and troubleshooting using developer tools, with a solid grasp of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Has experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and familiarity with BigQuery.
- Is an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
