Principal AI Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the AI architecture strategy, emphasizing Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI.
• Architect, design, and oversee deployment of advanced Generative AI systems (LLMs, fine-tuned models, RAG pipelines).
• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade chatbot and conversational AI solutions (NLP, NLU).
• Build and optimize scalable AI solutions using AWS AI/ML services and other cloud platforms like Azure.
• Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Establish and advocate for strong MLOps practices across the AI model lifecycle.
• Ensure responsible, ethical AI development, deployment, and monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, including 45 years in an Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG architectures) and its deployments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
