Junior Civil Site Engineer

A Junior Civil Site Engineer assists senior engineers with planning, designing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, collecting data, preparing drawings and reports, overseeing work progress, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. The role requires strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of CAD software and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Key Responsibilities

• Project Assistance: Support senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects, such as buildings, roads, and bridges.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data, monitor construction progress, and ensure work adheres to project plans and safety standards.
• Documentation: Assist in creating detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, material reports, and project documentation using CAD software.
• Quality & Safety: Monitor the quality of work, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
• Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, consultants, and other project professionals to achieve project goals.
• Problem Solving: Identify technical problems and issues on-site and work with senior engineers to find appropriate solutions.
• Communication: Participate in project meetings, communicate progress and technical information, and maintain open communication with the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing and drafting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and relevant safety standards.

Pay: ₹9,225.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
