Junior Business Development Executive - Edtech

As a Business Development & Sales Executive in the EdTech industry at Student Tribe, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential students, understanding their career aspirations, counseling them on suitable courses, and ensuring successful enrollments. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with potential students through calls, emails, and meetings to comprehend their career goals and learning needs. - Providing guidance to students on the IT and non-IT courses offered by Student Tribe and assisting them in selecting the most suitable program. - Managing a healthy pipeline of leads provided by the company and following up regularly to drive conversions. - Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. - Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system. - Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. - Representing Student Tribe at events, webinars, and outreach programs as necessary. To excel in this role, you should have: - Demonstrated experience (0.6 - 1 year) in business development, sales, or counseling within the EdTech industry. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - The ability to quickly build rapport with students and parents. - A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems would be beneficial. - A Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (MBA preferred).
