Job Description

About the Role:

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of customer validation processes to document requirements.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and achievable requirements.
Design and develop effective configurations tailored to each clients needs.
Document configurations and conduct walkthroughs (Conference Room Pilots) for customer validation.
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer.
Troubleshoot customer issues, document them, and work towards resolution through the ValGenesis ticketing system.
Foster strong relationships with client SMEs and actively participate in project meetings and discussions.
Maintain accurate timesheets and complete all mandatory training programs.

Requirements

A passion for learning and a commitment to excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Project management skills (familiarity with MS Project a plus).
A higher education degree in a relevant field (computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology, etc.).
Experience with working in the Life Sciences industry a plus.
