Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior Analyst at Optimum Info, you will be responsible for acquiring subject matter expertise on Optimum's product line and serving as a liaison between account managers and solutions delivery teams. Your role will involve implementing products for new accounts, developing new features, and supporting global accounts based in Noida, India. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire a deep understanding of the assigned Optimum product line. - Work closely with account managers to understand feature requests and analyze their impact on existing features. - Develop requirement specifications and acceptance tests for customer-specific features such as dashboards, reports, and other business requirements. - Coordinate with engineering teams on new system functionality. - Test new features and reports before and after system deployments. - Support customer implementations by updating configurations, creating ad-hoc reports, and providing guidance to users. - Create user documentation to enhance the effective use of Optimum's solutions across Corporate, Field, and Dealer users. - Analyze user actions to generate metrics on product usage, identify user training needs, and propose new features in the product lines. Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in any stream with experience in collaborating with customer-facing and technical teams, analyzing the impact of changes, and creating requirement specifications. - Creating test cases for documented requirements and conducting testing to validate developed features. - Work experience of 1-2 years with at least 0.5 years as a business analyst.
