Junior Business Analyst - LOS

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for LOS and LMS-related projects.
Assist in preparing BRD, FSD, and user stories for development teams. Coordinate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity. Participate in system configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), and deployment activities. Support in identifying gaps, process improvements, and automation opportunities within lending workflows. Assist in vendor coordination for system enhancements and integrations (APIs, third-party services). Create and maintain process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and change logs. Provide post-implementation support for LOS & LMS applications and resolve user queries/issues. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1 3 years as a Business Analyst in NBFC/Banking domain, preferably in the IT department. Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) SHould have experience in BNPL tech Familiarity with digital lending processes (personal loans, business loans, co-lending, etc.). Basic understanding of API integrations and system architecture. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, and other BA tools. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments. SHould have experience in BNPL tech
