Junior Biomedical Engineer

As an Installation and Maintenance Engineer, your role will involve installing and maintaining products at customers" sites. You will work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and identify the correct parts needed for equipment repair. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting service and demonstration activities at customer sites, requiring occasional travel. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect equipment to identify deviations from product specifications - Utilize test equipment for device testing - Perform major repairs according to technical best practices - Address technical inquiries from customers and internal teams - Document test results and equipment history - Travel to customer sites for repairs and installations - Provide technical support to customers via various channels such as inbound calling, online chat, and ticketing systems - Complete and submit all relevant reports, backups, and documentation upon completing on-site work Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance - 3 years of experience in troubleshooting This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.,
