Junior Biomedical Engineer

• Installation and maintenance of products at customer’s site.
• To coordinate and work in conjunction with other departments as and when required to Troubleshoot and identify the correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problems.
• Responsible for conducting service and demonstration activities at customer sites and should be willing to travel as and when required.
• Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet product specifications.
• Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
• Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
• Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
• Documents test results and equipment history.
• Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
• Provide effective, efficient technical support assistance and service to our customers in a professional and courteous manner via inbound calling, on-line chat, support portals, and ticketing
• Upon completion of any work on site, the engineer is required to complete and submit all relevant reports, backups and signed documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• medical equipment installation and maintenance: 3 years (Required)
• troubleshooting: 3 years (Required)
