Junior Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Spring Boot and Spring Batch. You will create and manage microservices architecture, work with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications, and design integration frameworks and backend systems architecture. Additionally, you will guide and support junior developers in the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (preferred) and possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and backend architecture is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Spring Boot and Spring Batch. - Create and manage microservices architecture. - Work with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications. - Design integration frameworks and backend systems architecture. - Guide and support junior developers in the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred). - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot (mandatory). - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and backend architecture. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Batch. - Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker. - Experience designing integration frameworks. - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced team environment. - Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus. - Salesforce experience is NOT required. - Candidates with a strong Spring Boot background (3-4 years) are welcome.
