About the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate coordination of music releases, meetings, schedules, events and team operations.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for coordinating music releases, schedules, project requirements and deadlines
• Coordinate for accurate and timely metadata delivery for music releases.
• Provide administrative support, including schedules, travels, book meetings, email management, calendar organization for the team and maintain up-to-date records, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
• Calendar organization for the lead.
• Coordination internally between the departments.
• Assistance in coordinating events, concerts, festivals, and meetings.
• Update on day-to-day activity to the lead.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, administration or a related role
• Administrative coordination and support, and strong communication skills
• Effective time management and deadline delivery
• Music industry operations knowledge
• Event planning and execution experience
• Basic contract administration and record-keeping skills
