Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Chennai. The Junior Architect will collaborate with the design team to create and execute architectural designs, participate in project planning, and contribute to managing project timelines. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, integrating design concepts, conducting research, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and practical implementation.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and advanced software applications.
• Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines, workflows, and collaboration across various teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and local building regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
