We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Architect to join our growing team.

Job Summary: The Junior Architect will work under the supervision of a Senior Architect and Project Manager, assisting in all phases of the architectural design process. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an architect with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to a variety of projects. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from conceptual design and drafting to project documentation and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
• Support senior architects in all stages of design, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and material lists.
• Conduct site visits to assist with project supervision, ensure quality control, and document progress.
• Collaborate with the design team, clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, assisting with the preparation of visual aids and materials.
• Perform research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant.
• Assist with interior design tasks, including space planning and material selection, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm is preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs.
• Experience with rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and materials in Kerala is a significant advantage.
