We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Architect to join our growing team. Job Summary: The Junior Architect will work under the supervision of a Senior Architect and Project Manager, assisting in all phases of the architectural design process. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an architect with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to a variety of projects. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from conceptual design and drafting to project documentation and site visits. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and V-Ray. Support senior architects in all stages of design, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Prepare and manage project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and material lists. Conduct site visits to assist with project supervision, ensure quality control, and document progress. Collaborate with the design team, clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met. Participate in client meetings and presentations, assisting with the preparation of visual aids and materials. Perform research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant. Assist with interior design tasks, including space planning and material selection, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm is preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs. Experience with rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus. Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and building codes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and proficiency in relevant software.
