Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
• Participate in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and documentation.
• Prepare working drawings and assist in building permit submissions.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams as needed.
• Research materials, products, building codes, and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation and support coordination tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design or internships.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Lumion/ Enscape is a plus.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various architectural styles and workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices.
• Experience in preparing working drawings and coordination with consultant.
• Interest in sustainable and green building practices.
