Scope of Work for Architect Position: Job Title: Architect / Draftsman with a Focus on Interior Design Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural roles. Proficiency in Revit software is a prerequisite. Strong design skills, particularly in the realm of interior design. Responsibilities: Utilize Revit software for creating and managing architectural designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals. Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design plans, with a specific emphasis on interior spaces. Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and expertise in architectural design. Skills: Proficient in 3D modelling and drafting. Strong understanding of interior design principles. Ability to create visually appealing and functional interior spaces. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in architectural roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project contributions. Portfolio showcasing projects with a focus on interior design. Software Proficiency: Expertise in 2D,3D creating and managing architectural designs. Familiarity with other relevant design and drafting tools is a plus. Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to achieve project objectives. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Implement best practices for quality assurance in architectural design. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and design methodologies. Willingness to participate in professional development activities.
