The Job Synopsis is as follows: Designation: Junior Architect Department: Architecture Location : Pune Experience: Relevant experience in the role. Qualification: B.Arch/M. Arch Profile Highlights: Space Planning: To design BD proposals for evaluation as well as get the design from external Architect as per drafted design brief. To ensure the design is fulfilling Statutory, functionality and also creating a good impression on the viewer Verify the drawings and give comments as well as input to Architect in terms FSI utilization, flat sizes as per the sales requirement, services planning as per the functionality and better aesthetics. To coordinate for working drawings with all consultants and hand them over to site for execution in conjunction with internal and external consultants and HOD. Work verification: To ensure work is being done as per the drawing / design by visiting the site as and when required. Finalization of design and materials: To do all the comparisons for finalization of design wrt cost. Verification of design & material: To attest the drawings to be handed over to site and to confirm there is no deviation from the drawings while executing the same on site. Drawings and Design: Finalize drawings and design well in advance and plan the working drawings to be ready before starting construction. Planning /Scheduling: To adhere to the schedule of works as drafted by planning department.
