Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and analysis of projects aiming for green building certifications like GRIHA, LEED, etc. Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and specifications. Prepare and present feasibility concepts to clients and team members. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Create 3d models of the architectural projects on simulation softwares like Design Builder, Dialux, etc. to analyze the lighting and energy efficiency design. Utilize MS-Office programs to create spreadsheets, presentations, and reports. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for design and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS-Office, we want to hear from you!
