Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Adopt a proactive approach in learning the design standards of Arena as a whole and implement them on a regular basis
  • Adopt a proactive approach in learning the concepts of laboratory interior designing
  • Ensure seamless and smooth work pattern in the office & projects
  • Work in cohesion with other team members and report to them or me as per the requirement
  • Maintain requisite records - Minutes of meetings, logs, etc., as applicable
  • Follow discipline in all respects
  • Site visit to the proposed premises, understanding the scope of work & client requirements, collection of required data related to project
  • Prepare presentation or working drawings, PPTs, and views using Google SketchUp, Lumion, Revit software, etc.
  • Prepare working drawings for civil interiors
  • Prepare a bill of quantity
