As a member of Arena Consultants, you will have the opportunity to adopt a proactive approach in learning and implementing the design standards of Arena as a whole. Your responsibilities will include understanding the concepts of laboratory interior designing and applying them effectively. Ensuring a seamless and smooth work pattern in both office and project settings is crucial. Collaboration with other team members is essential, and you will be required to report to them or the designated authority as needed. Maintaining accurate records such as minutes of meetings and logs is part of your routine tasks. Upholding discipline in all aspects of work is expected. Your role will involve site visits to proposed premises, where you will assess the scope of work, understand client requirements, and gather necessary project-related data. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating presentations, working drawings, and views using software tools like Google SketchUp, Lumion, and Revit. Generating working drawings for civil interiors and preparing bills of quantity will also be part of your duties.
