Role Description

Earth for Earth is looking for an architect who's ready to get their hands (digitally and literally) dirty.

If AutoCAD is your alphabet, SketchUp your second language, and Photoshop your "glow up" tool... we need you.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, MP, India, for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will work closely with the design team to assist in developing architectural concepts and drafting detailed building plans. Responsibilities will include collaborating on project designs, integrating software technologies, managing project timelines, and supporting the implementation of sustainable design practices. The Junior Architect will also contribute to research efforts related to Earth-based materials and eco-friendly building methods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of both functional and aesthetic aspects of space planning
• Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop and other relevant architectural software tools
• Skills in Project Management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate design ideas persuasively
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Passion for sustainable architecture and knowledge of Earth-based materials is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach to design
