experienced Junior Architects/Architectural Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare

  precise architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC sets

  for luxury residential projects.
• Translate

  concept sketches and design inputs

  into detailed CAD drawings.
• Develop

  plans, elevations, sections, and interior detailing

  with accuracy.
• Coordinate with

  site teams, consultants, and vendors

  to ensure design intent is executed.
• Maintain and update

  drawing registers and revisions

  across all project stages.
• Assist with

  submission drawings, tender sets, and construction details

  .
• Participate in

  site measurements, verification, and on-site coordination

  as needed.
• Support with

  presentation drawings or 3D models

  (preferred but not mandatory).

Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD – Mandatory

• SketchUp – for 3D modeling (preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) – for presentations (added advantage)
• MS Office Suite – for schedules and documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.

• 2–4 years of professional experience

  as a draughtsman in an

  architecture or interior design studio

  .
• Strong understanding of

  construction detailing, materials, and building codes

  .
• Prior experience on

  luxury residential projects

  will be an advantage.
