Job Description

Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
Conduct site analysis and research on zoning, building codes, and other regulatory requirements
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors
Support the creation of construction documents and permit applications
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
1–3 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
Strong graphic, design, and visualization skills
Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and materials
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
