We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior architects in developing design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client reviews.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, BOQs, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout various project stages.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and project specifications.
• Research materials, products, and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design or project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and spatial planning.
• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive and creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local building codes, by-laws, and regulations.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
