Company: Concept Space Architects Position: Architect Experience: 4+ years Place: Greater Noida Salary: INR 35,000-45,000 per month Working days: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Monday off, half-day on Sundays We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team. Key Responsibilities: Support senior architects in developing design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client reviews. Assist in preparing construction documents, BOQs, and working drawings. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout various project stages. Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and project specifications. Research materials, products, and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations. Participate in design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in architectural design or project coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and spatial planning. Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Attention to detail with a proactive and creative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of local building codes, by-laws, and regulations. Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
