Junior Architect

Yes Yes Roofs is seeking for a creative and client-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team in Ernakulam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage directly with clients to conduct initial consultations, gather detailed project requirements, and understand their objectives.
• Develop and present multiple design concepts, options, and solutions that align with the client's needs and our firm's technical specializations.
• Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using visual media such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other rendering software.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity.
• Iterate on designs based on client feedback and technical reviews.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in an architectural design role.
• Essential Software Proficiency: High-level skills in SketchUp and 3ds Max.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, visualization, and design projects.
• A demonstrable interest or prior experience in steel structures, industrial architecture, PEBs, or space frames is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment.
