Job Description

As a Junior Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of the billing process by auditing agent hours tracked across systems for over 200 clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills in a fast-paced call center environment. - Perform daily audits of agent hours logged in tracking systems to ensure accuracy for billing purposes. - Identify, investigate, and document variances, discrepancies, and potential errors in reported hours systematically. - Collaborate with Operations leadership to investigate and correct identified discrepancies promptly. - Maintain detailed audit logs and track resolution status to ensure all issues are addressed. - Escalate persistent issues or significant discrepancies to management for prompt resolution. - Generate reports on agent productivity, billable hours, and audit outcomes. - Contribute to improving audit processes and best practices continuously. - Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel is essential. - Attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and time management are crucial. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly. - Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently or in a team. - Previous experience in analyst, auditing, or call center roles is an asset but not mandatory.,
