Junior Accounts Manager

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounts operations of the company. Your strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and ability to collaborate within a team will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping. - Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. - Aid in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports. - Communicate effectively with internal departments and external auditors when necessary. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred. - Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar. - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
