Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Account Opening: Prepare all necessary documents required for opening bank accounts based on specific needs for GGD group entities.
  • Board Resolutions: Draft various board resolutions as required, incorporating input from the Manager/CFO.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage bills and coordinate any services needed.
  • MIS Reports: Create various financial reports and information as directed by the Manager/CFO.
  • Cheques Management & TALLY Entry:

· Handle the reconciliation, preparation of cheques, and enter transactions in TALLY.

· Secure directors’ signatures on cheques and important documents, and oversee their disbursement.

  • Bank Coordination: Process and coordinate with banking partners for daily balances, bank statements, and related reports.
  • Daily Accounting Activities: Manage general day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with organizational functions & needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
