1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
* Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals).
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
* Process invoices, bills, and expense claims.
2. Financial Reporting
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Taxation & Compliance
* Assist with GST, TDS, PF/ESI filings, and other statutory returns.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain documentation for audits and coordinate with auditors.
4. Internal Controls
* Monitor and implement internal financial controls.
* Assist in maintaining company policies related to finance and accounts.
5. Coordination & Support
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
* Support management with financial data and analysis when required.
