Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping

Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Bank Reconciliation

Reconcile company bank statements with accounting records regularly

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Prepare and submit GST, TDS, VAT, or other statutory returns (depending on country regulations).
Ensure compliance with local financial laws and deadlines.

Assisting in Budgeting and Forecasting

Help management prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
Track budget vs. actual expenses.

Reporting

Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Generate reports on accounts status, profits/losses, and other KPIs.

Coordination with Auditors

Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Software and Tools Management

Use accounting software like
Tally, SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis

Client or Vendor Communication

Liaise with clients for payments and invoices.
Coordinate with vendors for billing and payment matters

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates with a background in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of SAP are preferred
