Job Description

Job Responsibilities-

  • Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and purchase orders
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
  • Support audits and internal financial reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (freshers welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 17/07/2025
