Junior Accountant(E-Commerce Experience)

Happy Cheeks Private Limited is a growing D2C brand focused on delivering innovative and high-quality children's toys under the label Kidology. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance and accuracy across all accounts.

key Responsibility

• Assist in

  TDS preparation

  and support in filing TDS returns.
• Support

  GST return preparation and filing

  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• Perform

  vendor reconciliation

  and resolve basic mismatches.
• Handle

  bank reconciliation

  on a daily/monthly basis.
• Prepare and manage

  e-invoicing

  and generate IRN where required.
• Create and manage

  E-way Bills

  as per requirement.
• Match

  TCS deductions

  from marketplaces and ensure correct accounting.
• Support in

  e-commerce accounting

  including order reconciliation, commission checks, and settlement matching (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Maintain invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and general accounting records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree.

• 2-6 years of relevant accounting experience

  (preferably in e-commerce).
• Basic understanding of

  TDS, GST, TCS

  , and marketplace accounting.
• Experience with

  bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bill creation

  .
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.) and Excel.
• Good communication skills, accuracy, and willingness to learn.

Good To Have

• Knowledge of marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)
• Understanding of TCS/TDS in e-commerce.
