Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant proficient in Tally to support daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial entries, reconciling accounts, handling payables/receivables, and supporting reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record journal entries and process daily financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle accounts receivable and invoicing.
• Process accounts payable and track bills/payments.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
• Verify payroll and expense records.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial tasks and project updates.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance/Accounting).
• Proficient in Tally (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Comfortable using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
• Familiarity with US accounting practices is desirable.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
