Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team at Aruwa Interiors. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting the finance department in maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoices.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Monitor petty cash transactions and reconcile bank statements.
• Support senior accountant in tax filing, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments from clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and expense tracking.
• Support in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong knowledge may apply).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,246.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
