Junior Accountant

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years can apply Location: Andheri Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 0 - 2 years of experience to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Process invoices, payments, and receipts while maintaining proper documentation. Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable & receivable. Updating MIS. Sending followups for payments and ensuring timely collections. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST/TDS filings. Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Work with auditors and provide necessary documentation for financial audits. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. Handle petty cash and maintain expense records. Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and report generation. Requirements: Qualification: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally , Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), creating MIS in Excel, financial reporting. Other Requirements: Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines. Preferred: Experience in handling audits and financial reconciliations. Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance. Strong Excel skills for financial data analysis.
