Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to support client relationships, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role offers exposure to international clients and career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve product/service-related queries professionally and on time
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective support
• Meet performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, quality standards)
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for UK clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work in UK shifts (rotational)
• Prior customer support/BPO experience preferred (freshers welcome)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus

2. CCTV Surveillance Executive (2 Openings)

• Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Team will shift to Mohali after 2 months)
• CTC: ₹20,000/month
• Shift: Rotational, 24x7 | 6 Days Working
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Joining: Immediate (preferred candidates who can join the next day)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate security cameras in real-time
• Report suspicious, illegal, or unusual activities
• Identify and document evidence to assist in investigations
• Analyze monitored areas for potential security risks and recommend solutions

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
