Job Description

Company Name: Aeron Composite Ltd Industdy : Manufacturing/Industrial Job Title : Jr.Production Engineer Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in FRP/GRP industry). Freshers with strong technical skills and interest in composite materials are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet targets. Monitoring and control FRP/GRP manufacturing processes such as hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding. Support senior engineers in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations during production. Conduct in-process inspections and assist with quality assurance documentation. Coordinate with the design and maintenance teams for smooth workflow and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Support implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S principles on the shop floor.
