Role: Jr. Fashion Designer (Menswear)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience : 5 Years Minimum

Role Overview:

Menswear Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trend research across global and domestic menswear markets.
• Develop seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and inspiration boards.
• Create detailed sketches and CADs across categories: shirts, bottoms, knits, outerwear, etc.
• Prepare complete tech packs including fabric details, trims, measurements, and construction.
• Coordinate directly with vendors for sampling from design briefing to final approvals.
• Review samples, provide constructive corrections, and ensure high-quality design output.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with merchandising and vendors for timely developments.
• Organize and update design archives, sample libraries, and documentation.
• Support the Product Head in developing line plans and seasonal collections.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3to5 years of experience in Menswear Design

  (casual, smart casual, contemporary).
• Strong ability to create hand/digital sketches.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D, and CAD tools

  .
• Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, tailoring, and garment construction.
• Experience in

  vendor communication and sample execution

  .
• Ability to multitask and deliver within strict timelines.
• Degree/diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Apparel Design

Salary - 4 to 7 LPA (Depends on Skills & Interview)
