Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Search, monitor, and identify tender opportunities from government and private portals (CPPP, GEM, BHEL, NTPC, ONGC, and others.)
Analyze tender documents to understand technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
Prepare and compile complete tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal, operations) to gather required information and documents.
Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and supporting documentation.
Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-up communication with clients.
Track tender status and support post-submission negotiations or presentations if required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and tendering guidelines.
Maintain a database of tenders, contracts, and client details.
PREFERENCE : Experience in the field of Logistics , Transportation, Heavy vehicle hiring services.
