Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain and update candidate data.
• Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and social channels.
• Coordinate assessment tests, technical evaluations, and interview follow-ups.
• Provide regular hiring updates and MIS reports to the HR Manager.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of recruitment experience (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
