Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Social Media Executive based in North Goa, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role focuses on managing and growing social media channels by creating engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. The Junior Social Media Executive will collaborate with teams to develop campaigns, manage community interactions, and support the overall digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
• Strong Communication skills, including both written and verbal proficiency
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and tools for effective audience engagement
• Relevant experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred)
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
