Jr. Sales Executive

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive with knowledge of fabrics and weaving processes. The candidate will support sales operations, maintain customer relationships, and assist in promoting woven fabrics to clients (domestic or export). Ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in a textile/fabric manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities : Assist the sales team in handling inquiries and preparing quotations for woven fabrics. Develop a good understanding of various fabric types in viscose , jacquard. Coordinate with the production and PPC teams to check fabric availability, order status, and delivery schedules. Maintain and update client databases, follow up with existing customers, and support new business development. Handle sample requests, fabric swatches, and documentation for client presentations. Attend client meetings, trade shows, or exhibitions if required. Prepare sales reports, follow-up logs, and assist in order processing. Key Skills & Requirements : 1–3 years of experience in fabric sales or textile manufacturing (weaving unit preferred). Basic understanding of fabric construction , weaving terminology, and textile materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. Preferred Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology , Textile Design , or Marketing . Experience dealing with domestic wholesalers , fabrics merchants is a plus.
