PDIR Management

• Perform First Pcs Approval (setup Approval) and Final inspection on Concerned line, as per the Inprocess inspection Procedure.
• Conduct Red Bin Analysis, Rework Monitoring/Verification record Maintain as per mentioned Procedures.
• Sample Handover to the PPC and Production line as per requirement and update sample record sheet.
• Conduct Product Audit,SPC,MSA as per Plan acording to the mentioned procedures.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain QC records and ensure traceability of inspections and approvals.
• Conduct regular patrol inspections on the production floor to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures ( SOP's) and quality standards.
• Identify deviations, record non-conformances, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to operators and supervisors for quality improvement.
• Responsibility to maintain and verify documentation of FPA , FI & Patrolling as per the Record Matrix
• Assist in verifying in-process controls and final inspections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
